Trophies presented at each round for the top 3 drivers from each final.
With the Drivers Championship, 4 results from the 6 rounds will count towards your overall championship position and the challenge to become the 2008 SLCC Champion.
The Club Championship allows your points to be added to your nominated club to calculate the 'Club' Champion for 2008.
2008 Championship Classes
We are pleased to confirm the classes for the 2008 Championship will be as follows:
Stock - ANY commercially available 13.5 BL Motor or 27 Turn Brushed Motor.
Pro-Stock - ANY commercially available 10.5 BL Motor or 19 Turn Brushed Motor.
(Stock & Pro-Stock Class - 6 Cell or LiPo with 1500g weight limit).
Modified - Open Modified, no motor limit, Brushed or Brushless.
(Modified - 5 Cell Only, No LiPo with 1425g weight limit).
Control Tyres
The Sorex Pre-Glued 28 and 32R's will be the control tyres for the 2008 series.
